It has been almost ten years since I decided to compile all of my family's Super 8 footage and my early short films,and try to come up with a compelling narrative for a family documentary. The project has seen its starts and stops,and I just don't know why I cannot seem to finish it. Perhaps because I need to look back into the past in order to finish it? Or because I'd have to relive some painful memories? Or because I'm just not sure the public would be interested, let alone, should get a glimpse into a complicated family history. I have nearly completed a Kickstarter campaign for the projects' finishing funds but have yet to release it.
Screenwriting Expo April 5th, 2013
I will be attending the Screenwriters World Conference East to pitch my sci-fi television show to AMC and some other networks . I have never felt so excited for a possible
career boost. Yet, at the same time, I feel that getting my hopes up is somewhat unrealistic and the reality is that there will be bone- crushing disappointment afterwards. I will
practice my pitch and work hard at until April 5th. I will give it my best shot and hopefully, my life will change and my dreams of selling a television series and possibly seeing it produced could come true.
